Prime Atlantic Cegelec (Pace)

PAL partnered with Cegelec, France in 2005 as a consortium to execute a training contract for Chevron and have recently formed a joint venture company called Prime Atlantic Cegelec (Pace) for the provision of Operations and Maintenance Training & Nationalization, Commissioning services to the oil and gas industry.

Falck Prime Atlantic (FPA)

In 2008, Falck Prime Atlantic (FPA) a joint venture company between PAL and Falck Nutec was incorporated for the purpose of providing Safety, Survival and Emergency Response Training Services in Nigeria. Falck Nutec is a Nordic based organization which has over 80 years experience in providing offshore safety and survival training services to a wide range of customers in the public and private sector in several locations all over the world.

West Atlantic Energy Limited (WAEL) was established in 2009 and is a subsidiary of PAL which has partnered with Collabro to provide the Personnel on Board service to the marine and oil & gas industry in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
