Prime Atlantic Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian Company dedicated to effecting development in the Nigerian Oil and gas industry. It was established in 2005 and has successfully partnered with Cegelec, France and Falck Nutec, Denmark to establish joint venture companies, Prime Atlantic Cegelec Nigeria (Pace) and Falck Prime Atlantic Nigeria (FPA) respectively.

We have two training centers located in Ogere and Ipara respectively, which provide coordinated professional development programs in a cross learning environment for training and certifying managers, engineers and technicians, for the improvement of knowledge and practical skills within the oil and gas industry. The Pace center has trained and certified over 400 Nigerian personnel for the Chevron Agbami and Total Akpo operations in Nigeria to date. In addition, the FPA Center which was OPITO certified in March 2009 has since, trained over 1350 Nigerians in the mandatory Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training amongst other training programs.

Each of these joint venture companies have gone on to achieve notable success as Prime Atlantic Limited is presently the largest oil and gas training provider within the Gulf of Guinea. Our OPITO certified training center enables personnel trained, acceptability to work anywhere in the world.

PAL’s business model is developed with the aim of taking advantage of opportunities in the Nigerian oil and gas industry by meeting the Nigerian content policy requirements for various business undertakings in the sector. The nature of our business, i.e. our commitment to developing Nigerian content across the local oil and gas industry implies that we are constantly training our staff and sourcing oil and gas services related talent and expertise from across the globe.
